What are my options if I no longer want the order that has been dispatched?

If you no longer want the order, you can:

• Refuse the delivery: When the courier attempts to deliver the package, you can refuse to accept it. It will then be returned to our facility.
• Return the product after delivery: Once the package arrives, you can contact us to initiate a return.
• Opt for a partial refund: As an alternative, we can offer a partial refund if you choose to keep the product instead of returning it.
